Workshops & Classes
We offer a wide range of activities including Saturday Play Days, individual private classes and workshops. Check out our calendar and the links below. We cover anything fiber arts, including spinning, weaving, dyeing, braiding and felting. To sign up for classes or activities, please click the links below, visit the Intersections location or call or email us. All classes, meetings and activities are held in our dedicated Guild House (Intersections). We also have a wide variety of looms and spinning wheels available for demonstrations and/or for rent to those who are interested in learning more about the fiber arts. We gather regularly, Thursday to Saturday afternoons, every week for various activities, please drop in at join us!
We ask that you sign up for our Saturday Play Days a week in advance so that we can have everything ready for you. Depending on the complexity of the activity, we can only accommodate about 6-8 people. So please contact us in advance to make sure we have the room for you to come and play with fiber and learn a new skill.

***January 4 & January 18, 2025 – INTRODUCTION TO WEAVING – long class***
Instructor: Kay McWilliams — 2 days, 8 hours each day. cost: $275 includes table loom rental & materials
This class covers everything from learning the parts of the loom, dressing the loom, weaving various basic patterns, surface design elements, calculating the warp for a project, and designing a weaving project.
