Intersections Textile Learning Center is a non-profit organization of fiber enthusiasts dedicated to enriching the knowledge of spinning, weaving and other creative fiber arts in our community. Camp is held at INTERSECTIONS TLC, 2116 S. College Ave, Bryan TX 77801, just 1/2 block south of Carson St. Our teachers have been creating fiber arts in the Brazos Valley for more than 40 years. We have taught at Camp Howdy, and provided demonstrations at many venues including First Friday, BISD and CSISD and Booneville Days.
Class size is limited to 10 students with a minimum of 5. All supplies and equipment are included in the class price. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Students may bring their own snacks.
Where do our clothes come from? $175 per week
For students entering Grades 3-12
Students will learn about different fibers, dyeing with non-toxic dyes, spinning, braiding, felting and weaving. Many of the fibers we will be using are grown here in the Brazos Valley. Students will have finished projects to take home each day.
Individual Instruction $15/hour
All ages 8 years-adult

For those students interested in learning more about spinning, weaving, felting, braiding, dyeing and other fiber arts, individual classes are available.
